This is a shot from near the planetarium, looking back at Chicago, IL USA. I was in Chicago last year for a conference and was only able to get out and take pictures one afternoon/evening. I was really happy about how the rocks underwater were visible in the really long exposures. This view would truly not be possible without HDR, although the human visual system saw it this way so it is a much truer representation of the actual scene.
