CEO Alfred Zee's Thoughts On Photoshop World 2010
Photoshop World this year in Las Vegas was an awesome experience for Unified Color Technologies, we’ll definitely be back next year. We met a lot of nice people from around the world, too many to name, but thank you all for coming by our booth to learn about HDR Expose and 32 Float. Also, a special thanks to Kevin and the guys at Kelby for taking care of us, we had a fun time at the party. Mandalay Bay was a great hotel, too bad we had to work and didn’t get to take advantage of the pool while we were there.
HDR Photography was definitely a hot topic at this year’s Photoshop world, for those of you that caught Matt Kozlowski’s presentation on HDR, it was standing room only, probably by far one of the most popular seminars during the week.
We also saw several new vendors announce new products for or related to HDR. The biggest of which was Apple. Steve Jobs’ announcement that it will integrate HDR functions into the new iOS was much welcomed by the entire HDR and Mac community. We are on the cusp of HDR becoming a mainstream medium. To witness it and be apart of it is truly gratifying. We are entering an exciting time in HDR imaging, better buckle up and get ready for a wild ride!
